We develop an event, conference or incentive trip website tailor-made for you. Instead of sending out dozens of emails and PDF attachments, your clients can access the entire event on one website, clicking on a link or simply scanning a QR code.
This allows for the entire event to be accessible on a mobile phone (or device of choice). Initially the website features a Booking Form which closes on the deadline when we require all passenger information. The Tabs can for instance feature the following: information on hotels or cities or countries to be visited, travel schedules per departure city on separate tabs, information on weather, packing lists, itinerary updates, indemnity forms, photos of winners, etc. After the event we can open the Photo Gallery tab – for each participant to post his/her favourite photos. The website is secure and not accessible to the general public.
